The Ram goes Woodstock Part VI this year (2006) again at the Trafhaus Location. We had a wonderful guest in the house.

The legendary Edde Tylkowski Band, in the 70th named "COCK" was playing after us, as the main part of the evening.

Thank you very much again from our side it was very nice to perform the evening together with you guys!

The Concert was a gift to the Master.

The days in our old practicing room (TOWER of  POWER) are  nearly finished. We have found a much better place. We will move to an 80 sqmtr. room with our own WC and with an extra room for all the things you dont need during practicing. "Chicken Attack" as well as "The Mannheim Rhytmn and Blues Band" , all of them well experienced Blues musicians will join the room with us.

Andy has now got a brand new "LES PAUL" which gives him the feeling that he is much better. But seriously it sounds quite nice and the guitar is singing (feedback) which we like very much.

A little story if you like:

Superstition what is this?

Somebody is totally convinced, someone will never ever believe in this.

In September 1999 our drummer was travelling through Australia by business. During that trip he was also visiting the famous "AYERS ROCK" in the middle of down under. It is also called "ULURU". After he climbed up to the highest point (400 mtr.), he picked up a piece of stone to carried it home as a souvenir. That the climbing of the rock is not desired by the local people he did not know. They think carrying pieces of Uluru will bring bad luck.

In December 1999 he lost his Job by no understanding. This was a very sad experience for him. To find another job in these days was not so easy especially when companies are looking for youngsters. In January 2000 his girlfriend left him by just sending an SMS, even worse. In addition to that he got some financially problems and he went sick seriously.

In the middle of 2000 he watched a documentary on TV about Australia and Ayers Rock. They talked about that more and more visitors of ULURU taking home pieces of the mountain and receiving bad luck after that. So they just send the souvenir back to Australia by post and luck will return. He did not  believe in this and left the Piece Of Uluru still on his side desk in his flat.

After nearly 2 years he remembers the TV story because he still was not happy and he sent the piece of Ayers Rock back to some friends located near Melbourne. He asked them to bring the stone back to ULURU. In November 2002 they sent him a E-Mail and told him that the piece is back at its homeland. Believe or not, in December 2002 he found a new job in his old profession, he felled in love with a wonderful women and his daughter found a job after her education and the financially problems were gone and…….

The CD Release Party on the 16th July 99 at The Lagerhaus in Mannheim, was a nice party. Lots of poeple have watched the Gig.The next concert in the Mannheim region will be in the Autum in Weinheim. The Mannheim press (Mannheimer Morgen) wrote a very nice article. They have compared us a little bit with Bands like Led Zeppelin, Stones or Bachmann Turner Overdrive, which is a honour for us. Also the title of the CD which is called "VOLLFETT" (FULL LOAD) seems to be the right name for it because of the sound of the guitar and the drive of the beats. They also came across with similarity of the guitar sound from Andy Keil, like Jimmy Page, Keith Richard and Neil Young. A record which everyone should have!!!
